Run the whole book. Every exchange, every language.
One place for your agents’ clients, quotes, deadlines and documents, with live plans for all 50 states and Washington, D.C. and client-facing pages in seven languages.

- Client records stay in AWS, never on the web server
Start from where you are.
I run an agency
Sign your agency up yourself, no invitation needed. A new, empty workspace that only your people can see. Then add the agents who write business under you.
I’m an agent
Independent? The same sign-up opens a portal of your own, and it can become an agency later. Joining an agency that already uses Get Covered? Choose “I’m joining an agency” and enter its join code.
Open my portal, or join an agencyLooking for coverage?
This site is for agents and agencies. If you want health coverage for yourself or your household, getcovered.cloud is the place to start.
Go to getcovered.cloudWhat your agents open every morning.
The same things, in the same places, for every agent in the agency.
Clients and leads
One record per household: coverage, documents, notes and every deadline that touches it. Leads move to clients without retyping. Bring your book in from a CSV, and export it whenever you like.
Quoting, every exchange
Health and dental plans live from healthcare.gov for 30 states, and from each state exchange’s own filings for the other 21, with the subsidy estimate applied before the agent sees a premium.
Deadlines that find you
Open enrollment, special enrollment windows, renewals and document expiries land on the dashboard thirty days out, per client.
Documents, in their place
Upload once from the record. Share a single document to the client’s own account, and see it there under their name, not yours.
Call requests
People who quote themselves on getcovered.cloud and ask to be called wait in one queue. The first agent to claim one makes it a lead in their book; two agents can’t take the same one.
Client view, and clients without email
A client needs a name and nothing else. Invite them to their own account later, by a link or by email, and open Client view to see their record the way they do.

From the first call to the renewal.
The same record moves through every step, so nothing is typed twice.
Call request
Someone quoted themselves and asked to be called. An agent claims it.
Lead
It lands in the agent’s pipeline, owned by whoever claimed it.
Quote
Every plan for the household’s ZIP code, with the subsidy already applied.
Enrolled
The agent enrolls on the exchange and the outcome is recorded here, so agent and client share one status.
Renewal
It reaches the dashboard thirty days out, with the record that started it.

Three steps to a working book.
Start your agency
Your agency’s name, your name and a work email. We email a code to confirm it, then a few short set-up pages, including your NPN.
Add your agents
Invite the agents who write business under you, or share your agency’s join code. Each sees their own book; you see the whole agency’s.
Run the book
Clients, leads, quotes, deadlines and documents in one place, and each client invited to their own account when they’re ready.
Quotes where healthcare.gov stops.
Thirty states quote from the federal marketplace. The other twenty-one run their own exchanges, and most tools give up there. Get Covered reads each state’s own plan filings, so an agent in New Jersey or California quotes the same way as one in Texas: type a ZIP code, add the household, see every plan with the subsidy already applied.

Enrollment is recorded, not submitted: agents enroll on healthcare.gov or the state exchange, and the outcome is kept here.
Built for an agency, not a spreadsheet with logins.
Who sees what is decided on the server, on every request, and it is the same three answers every time.
Every agent’s clients, leads and deadlines in one view. The owner signs the agency up and adds its agents.
Their households, their pipeline, their tasks. A colleague’s client is not on their screen.
Their account exists only when an agent sends an invitation, and it shows that one household and nothing else.

What your agency can count on.
Client records stay in AWS
Never on the web server. Each agency’s records are scoped to that agency, checked on the server on every request.
Built to HIPAA rules
Under a Business Associate Addendum with AWS.
No health details in email
An email only says something is waiting and links into the account. The details stay behind the sign-in.

What agencies ask first.
Anything else: write to support@getcovered.cloud.
Do I need an invitation to sign up?
No. An agency, or an independent agent, signs itself up. An invitation is only for an agent who writes business under an agency, and that agency’s owner sends it.
Agency or independent agent: which am I?
An agency has agents who write business under it. An independent agent gets a portal of their own, just for them, and it can become an agency later.
How do my agents join?
Invite them from the CRM, or share your agency’s join code. They choose “I’m joining an agency” at sign-up and enter it. You can make a new code at any time, and each one expires after 30 days.
Which states can I quote?
All 50 states and Washington, D.C., for health and dental: live from healthcare.gov for 30 states, and from each state exchange’s own filings for the other 21. Vision quotes are in build.
Do I submit enrollments through Get Covered?
No. You enroll on healthcare.gov or the state exchange, and the outcome is recorded here, so you and your client share one status.
Why do you ask for my NPN?
The owner of an agency or portal adds it at set-up. We check it for free against CMS’s public Registration Completion List. Enrollments open once your license is confirmed, and everything else works now.
Can I keep a client who doesn’t use email?
Yes. A client needs a name and nothing else. When they’re ready, invite them to take over their account by a link you hand them or by email.
Do your emails carry health information?
No. An email only tells your client that something is waiting and links into their account. The details stay behind their sign-in.
How much does it cost?
The price is still being set.
I’m looking for coverage for myself.
